I just wanted to reach out to let you know about some excited news. First of all, for those that do not know, I went to work for Brand Bank in January. I am working in the mortgage division. The best news is that we have very low rates, fast turn times in underwriting and more products that I had access to before. We have got the best rates of anyone for the 203k renovation loan. We will also soon have access to FHLB loans where the government matches our clients downpayment $5 to $1.
In other words, if you make a $1,000 down payment the government will give you and additional $5,000 for free towards your down payment. This product is also difficult to find in the market.
